Can I buy something even if I am not registered?

It is possible to shop on our website without being registered. However, only clients with a registered account have access to their Personal Area where they can see their full order history and update their preferences, for example setting favorite addresses and adding products to a wishlist. We therefore highly suggest that you create an Account and login every time you visit our website to have a fully satisfying experience.

Which payment methods are available?

CHIMENTO accepts all the major credit cards and Paypal as payment methods.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Delivery costs are always included in the advertised price of each product, as are all local taxes and import duties.

How long does delivery take?

Products bought from our website will be delivered to the client within an estimated fifteen days from the conclusion of the order.

Which sizing system is used for your products? How can I find the right size?

CHIMENTO uses the Italian sizing system, calculated in mm. For example, for rings these are numbers between 6 and 24. A “Size Guide” is available in the “Size Guide” section of this website. You can also download the “Size Guide” in pdf format from each product page which includes instructions on how to take measurements correctly, as well as a comparative chart with the respective lengths in inches.

How does International Insurance work?

The International Warranty that accompanies every CHIMENTO jewelry item is also an Insurance Certificate that is valid worldwide. It ensures the replacement of each piece of jewelry in the event of robbery by violence or threat, or mugging where the item is violently removed.
