LOST, STOLEN OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.

To return an item, please send us an email to customerservice@chimento.com for further instructions. We allow 15 days for returns. Items may only be returned if they are unused and in the original condition and packaging. Items will be inspected upon return to determine if a refund is valid. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending a return in.
